TPU 95A FLEXIBLE FILAMENT · 1.75MM
Shore 95A thermoplastic polyurethane filament for parts that require flexibility and abrasion resistance - gaskets, seals, wearable device housings, protective covers. The 95A durometer gives a firm but bendable result: stiffer than typical 85A TPU, softer than rigid PLA or ABS. This makes it a practical middle ground for parts that need to compress under load and recover their shape without permanent deformation.
TPU Flexible Filament 1.75mm extrudes on our 12-line facility with closed-loop diameter control holding ±0.03 mm tolerance across the full spool. Consistent diameter matters more with flexible filaments than with rigid ones: diameter variation causes under-extrusion spots and nozzle clogging that are already common pain points when printing TPU. Prints at 210–230 °C with a heated bed at 40–60 °C. Spool weight is 500 g.

Shore 95A Hardness
Firm enough to hold shape in functional parts, flexible enough for gaskets and seals that need to compress and recover. The 95A grade sits between soft TPU 85A and rigid PLA on the hardness scale - suitable for parts that need structural integrity with some give.

TPU at 95A resists surface wear from rubbing and repeated contact. Suitable for protective covers, phone-case prototypes, and wearable housings where the part encounters friction during regular use.
