Extrusion Lines & Capacity
Our Shenzhen facility operates dedicated extrusion lines for rigid filament (PLA, ABS, PETG) and separate lines for flexible TPU, so elastic materials never contaminate rigid production. Masterbatch compounding runs on its own line with high-shear mixing for stable pigment dispersion.

Diameter Control, Color Matching & QC
Diameter Control
Laser diameter gauges monitor every extrusion line in real time. Out-of-tolerance filament is automatically flagged, and spool samples are re-measured with a micrometer before packing. Standard tolerance is ±0.02mm.
Color Matching
Our color lab matches customer references against Pantone and RAL standards using our in-house color masterbatch. Target color difference is Delta-E < 1.0, and approved color chips are archived so repeat orders stay consistent.
Quality Control
QC covers incoming raw material, in-process diameter and color checks, and final spool inspection. Each production batch keeps a retained sample so any customer feedback can be traced back to its run.
Testing
Spools are test-printed on FDM machines to verify flow, adhesion, and surface finish before shipment. Diameter roundness, tensile performance, and moisture content are checked per batch, and test reports ship with orders on request.
Packaging
Filament is wound, vacuum-sealed with desiccant, and boxed in branded or neutral cartons. Masterbatch is packed in 25kg paper bags or 500kg/1000kg bulk options. Custom private-label packaging is available.
