We manufacture 3D printing filament and color masterbatch for distributors, wholesalers, and brand owners who want to sell under their own name. Our OEM and private label service covers the full product: material grade, diameter, color, spool, label, and packaging.
Because we produce our own color masterbatch in-house, custom colors are developed and controlled on site — no third-party compounding, no color drift between batches. The same production and QC process applies whether you order our standard SKUs or a fully branded program.
White label options are available for partners who need neutral, unbranded product ready for their own packaging line. MOQ starts from 50 kg per color, making private label practical for regional distributors.
What You Can Customize
Custom Color
Send a Pantone or RAL reference, or a physical color sample. Our in-house color lab develops a matching filament or masterbatch using our own color concentrates, targeting Delta-E < 1.0. Approved color chips are archived so every repeat order stays consistent.
Custom Packaging
Choose branded or neutral packaging: printed spool boxes, master cartons with your artwork, vacuum bags with your logo, and barcode labeling. We can also match your existing carton dimensions to fit your warehouse and shelf format.
Custom Label
Private-label programs cover printed spool labels, box labels, and barcode/QR requirements in your language. Send your artwork or let our team lay out a label based on your brand guidelines — MOQ starts from 50 kg per color.
Custom Spool
We supply standard 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, and 5kg spools, and support custom spool sizes and colors under private label. Spool material, hub design, and winding tension are matched to your printing and display requirements.
Custom Formula
Beyond color, we adjust the formulation itself: additive packages for UV resistance, flame retardancy, improved layer adhesion, or lower odor. Our engineers develop and test a sample formulation against your application before mass production.
Custom Diameter
Standard output is 1.75mm and 2.85mm at ±0.02mm tolerance, verified by in-line laser gauges. Special diameters and tolerances can be quoted for specific extruder or 3D pen applications.
Custom Material
We compound PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU grades, including blends and filled variants (such as wood, carbon fiber, or glow-in-the-dark effects) using our masterbatch expertise. Tell us the application and we will recommend or develop the grade.
MOQ, Sampling, Production & Shipping
MOQ
MOQ is 50 kg per SKU or color for both filament and masterbatch, covering standard and custom colors. Mixed-SKU trial orders are available for new partners.
Sample Process
Step 1: send your spec sheet or color reference. Step 2: we produce a sample spool (3–7 days for custom colors). Step 3: you test-print and approve. Step 4: mass production starts after deposit and sample sign-off. Sample lead time for standard SKUs is 2–3 days.
Production Process
Raw material drying → pigment/masterbatch dosing → twin-screw extrusion → in-line laser diameter measurement → spool winding → vacuum sealing with desiccant → boxing and palletizing. Every batch keeps a retained sample for traceability.
QC
QC covers incoming raw material, in-process diameter and color checks, and final spool inspection. Spools are test-printed on FDM machines to verify flow, adhesion, and surface finish. Diameter, moisture, and tensile checks are recorded per batch, and test reports ship with orders on request.
Shipping
We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP. Production lead time is 7–15 days after deposit and color confirmation. Documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, and certificate of origin. Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, or your nominated agency) is welcome before shipment.
